Governing Board Reflects Stakeholders

The NFRC Board of Directors provides overall oversight and strategic direction of NFRC and assures that programs and policies are in place to meet the NFRC mission. All NFRC members are eligible to serve. The board consists of not less than twelve (12) or more than fifteen (15) voting members and such non-voting ex-officio directors as appointed by the board. The voting board consists of:

 

  • 5 seats for the fenestration industry
  • 1 seat for simulation and testing laboratories
  • 6 general interest seats
  • Up to 3 board-appointed at-large seats
